Dale S. Parsons, fifth generation bayman and owner of Parsons Seafood, continues to build upon the Parsons Seafood heritage of providing the highest quality seafood, earning the trust of clients for generations. As part of his commitment to serving his clients the highest quality seafood, Dale developed at his Tuckerton oyster and clam hatchery, a private label custom oyster, the “Briny Piny,” a popular favorite among area restaurant chefs for its sweetness, briny taste, and generous tender meat. Dale’s science-driven mission in stewardship of Barnegat Bay guides his ongoing partnerships with universities and federal agencies, and inspires every facet of his wholesale and retail business.
